In cooperation with Transmashholding, one of the world’s largest railway and light rail rolling stock manufacturer, Integrator 2050 implements a comprehensive digitalization program for the Russian transport engineering industry.

The digitalization project is implemented in four areas. It includes the creation of production facility digital twins, introduction of a production asset monitoring system, predictive analytics for manufacturing operations and business processes, establishing a unified IT infrastructure, implementation of shopfloor planning and management systems.

In the future, digitalization will cover all the holding facilities and management departments to take decision-making, data acquisition, analysis and forecasting of the holding activities to a new level. Successful project implementation will significantly reduce new product time-to-market, production launch, and resource provision periods. It will increase planning and analysis efficiency, reduce errors and greatly improve analysis accuracy.

Digitalization at Transmashholding is the largest such project in Russia. Its success will result in huge competitive Advantages for the manufacturer operating on the world market of complex engineering products.
